Description

I carried out UX and GUI design for the website and online ordering system of Inna, a Polish-based apparel company looking to stand out in a competitive market.

CONTEXT
Inna is a garment printing company seeking a way to improve its website and streamline the online ordering process.

CHALLENGE
The company faced low brand awareness and an inefficient ordering process. Additionally, there was no central coordination for communication between production and client, which relied heavily on a single staff member’s knowledge.

SOLUTION
I transitioned the company to a bespoke CMS, providing a full digital solution for ordering and production. This allowed for better coordination across design, printing, shipping, and delivery, creating a smoother process for both the staff and the clients.

APPROACH
Analyzed business requirements, interviewed staff, and visited the company to observe business processes.
Created personas and prototypes, and performed UX & GUI design for the website.
Recruited a developer and coordinated the code, graphics, and content for the website’s final build.

LEARNINGS
This project taught me how to manage and support various roles—designer, copywriter, developer, and client—to build positive, productive relationships. It also showed how collaboration among team members helps meet the project’s overall goals.
